Service and Maintenance Contracts

We currently offer bespoke service and maintenance contracts which will ensure that your AV equipment is always in good working order. All contracts will differ and will be created with your needs in mind but generally include the following as standard:

· Two preventative maintenance visits per year- Where our engineers come to you at a convenient time and service your AV equipment to ensure that it is all clean and running without any complications.

· 24 hour response time on calls regarding remedial maintenance with your AV equipment within normal business hours

· Unlimited callouts

· Loan machine if standard equipment has to be taken away and repaired

We can also arrange quicker response times to suit your needs, which will be built into the contract. This means that you can rest assured that an engineer will be on hand to assist you with any problems with your AV equipment within your chosen time period.
